Matt Jordan is a Managing Director of DTZ Rockwood. Since joining DTZ Rockwood in 1999, Mr. Jordan has completed investment sales in all asset classes with a primary focus on multifamily in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeastern US. Mr. Jordan is a member of the NMHC Board of Directors. While with DTZ Rockwood, Mr. Jordan has provided underwriting, disposition, restructuring advisory, and marketing services for real estate assets valued over $10 billion. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, Mr. Jordan was Chief Estimator at KONE Inc., one of the world’s leading elevator and escalator companies. Mr. Jordan received his B.S.E. in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa.
