Steven Jacobs is a Managing Director and Partner of DTZ Rockwood. During the last decade, Mr. Jacobs has been the head of DTZ Rockwood’s Asset Management operation, executed $5.3 billion of asset management assignments and carried out $11.1 billion in advisory assignments regarding performing, non-performing, distressed, and REO assets across all property types throughout the US, the Caribbean and the UK. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, Mr. Jacobs was a Vice President at the MONY Group, where for six years he was responsible for the asset management, redevelopment, development and disposition of over $500 million of MONY’s debt and equity real estate investments Prior to joining MONY, Mr. Jacobs was a practicing architect and a real estate broker in Boston. Mr. Jacobs holds a B.A. and M.A. in architecture and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
